To access the Whistleblower Hotline for complaints described in Horizon’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, employees and stakeholders can use any of the methods outlined below.

To access the Whistleblower Hotline for messages to be delivered directly to the Audit Committee, employees and stakeholders can use any of the following methods:
