BOB GERMAN, President and CEO

Bob German is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Horizon North. From June 1, 2006 to December 31, 2009, Mr. German was the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Horizon North. From January 1, 2006 to May 31, 2006 Mr. German was the Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Producers. Prior thereto Mr. German was the Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Precision Drilling Corporation. Mr. German brings over twenty five years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. German's knowledge of Horizon's operations and capital markets combined with his many years of business experience will assist in continuing to foster Horizon North's continued profitable growth.

SCOTT MATSON, Vice President Finance and CFO

Scott Matson is the Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Horizon North. From May 2006 to December 31, 2009, Mr. Matson was the Controller, Operations Finance for Horizon North. Prior thereto, Mr. Matson was Group Controller, Canada for Precision Energy Services from June 2005 to May 2006; Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis for Precision Energy Services from November 2002 to June 2005 and articled with KPMG from 1995 to 1998, obtaining his Chartered Accountant designation in 1998.

WILLIAM ANDERSON, Vice President Safety and Human Resources

Mr. Anderson is the Vice President, Safety and Human Resources of Horizon and is responsible for delivering world-class safe work procedures and safe workplace behaviours for all company related activity. Mr. Anderson gained extensive experience in the field of logistics, operations and safety during his twenty-five year career with BP.

JAN M. CAMPBELL, Corporate Secretary

Jan Campbell is the President of Comply Inc. (a consulting firm which provides corporate secretarial services) since November 2005. Prior to that, Ms. Campbell was the Corporate Secretary of Precision Drilling Corporation from September 1997 to November 2005.

Ms. Campbell is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (FCIS) and a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries.
