Job Description The Camp Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the overall operations at the camp. In addition, this position ensures the promotion and provision of the highest quality of service to customers and ensures compliance with established standards.
Responsibilities

The Camp Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of programs and initiatives which:

  • Enhance the superior services and care of our customers
  • Develop, manage and promote positive employee relations
  • Market and promote the camp
  • Establish and manage five-star service excellence; and
  • Manage annual operating and capital budget administration
Qualifications

• Previous Management experience in a camp setting or hotel/resort preferred.
• Food Safe
• First Aid
• WHIMIS
