Job Description The Baker is responsible for the preparation and baking of all pies, squares, bread products and daily sweets as required.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake all pies, squares, bread products and daily sweets as required
  • Proper cleaning and sanitations of any equipment utilized
  • Prepare, cook and service night meals and breakfast meals as required
  • Assist with unloading, loading and stocking of groceries and supplies
  • Assist with taking inventory
  • Pre-breakfast preparation and breakfast short-order service
  • Sandwich preparation for the day time lunch when required
  • Supervise all other camp staff on night shift
Qualifications
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • WHMIS
  • Assets: Food Safe, Journeyman Certificate in Baking, First Aid
