Co-CEO & President, Modular Solutions
As Co-CEO, and President, Modular Solutions, Rod Graham brings a bold vision for our leading pan-Canadian infrastructure and services business; one that brings size, scale, scope and sophistication to the markets we serve. In his Co-CEO role, he has specific oversight to the corporate strategy, growth, investor relations and legal functional areas of the company. Fuelled by his passion for providing the world a better way to build, Rod also serves as president of our modular building solutions line of business, stewarding a path for market adoption and growth across the continent.
Rod brings his deep passion and vast experience to our company; most recently, as President & CEO, immediately prior to the merger with Dexterra. He was previously the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Planning, and his first introduction to the company was as a member of the Board of Directors from 2007-2012 and Chairman of the Board from 2012-2014. Before joining Horizon North, Rod’s executive experience includes stints as President & CEO of ZCL Composites, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Northern Plains Capital Corporation, Institutional Sales at Peters & Company and Senior Vice President and Director at ARC Financial Corporation.
Rod’s wealth of executive experience is supported by a commitment to life-long learning. He holds an Honours Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a CFA and MBA (Ivey Scholar) from the University of Western Ontario.
Committed to the communities in which he lives and serves, Rod has lent his time to the Dean’s Advisory Council at Thompson Rivers University, as well as several other public, private and not-for-profit boards, and is currently a member of the Business Council of Canada and the Young Presidents’ Organization.
